Greater African Technical Exports Ltd

Greater African Technical Exports (G.A.T.E.) Ltd is a Private Limited Company operating from an office/warehouse unit in Swindon, Wiltshire (UK). The company was established to provide a worldwide specialised technical procurement service to the African markets, principally involving consumables, machine spares, services and packaging/processing equipment.

Clients are offered a full export service, including specification advice, purchase, packaging, shipping and documentation at competitive prices. Inspections can also be arranged prior to the goods leaving the suppliers if necessary. Commissioning of equipment can be organised at the customer's site if required.

The company is run by Andrew Harris, who is an apprentice trained Chartered Mechanical Engineer. He has wide experience in the supply of technical products to the Worldwide Overseas Market, having both lived in and supplied materials all over the African Continent for the past 35 years.

In addition to members of the UK team making regular visits to Africa, a network of Agents based in the African Market provides a local service to support our valued customers.
